All properties are on a lock box. If you are interested in viewing the inside, we will need a COMPLETED APPLICATION & COPIES OF ID, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND PROOF OF INCOME. We will need all of this information to get your Application Approved once you choose a property. We can then give you the lock box codes. I am sure you understand this is for the safety of our employees and to reduce the chances of vandalism to our property.
We do not run your Application, pull credit, ect. until you find a property and want us to go forth with getting you approved. If you decide you would like us to move forward with getting your Application Approved for Move In, a $40 Non-Refundable Application Fee Per Person MUST be paid before we begin the process of getting you Approved for the Property you have chosen.
Once completed, you can email it, fax it or bring it into the office.
